PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1. Self-paid courses must be paid at time of registration. Employer paid courses (invoiced) must be paid within 30 days of receipt of invoice.  After 30 days invoice amount will be subject to a 10% fee each additional 30 days.

2. No-shows, cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours of start time will be charged a $100 fee.

3.If you are registering for a recertification, you must provide proof of current certification before class.
